This is a truly useless app... I have to enter my password 15 times to use the thing, it doesnt support wawa credit card, and doesnt even let me sign in when I go to wawa to redeem my rewards.

I go to Wawa regularly and use this app every time. The auto reload feature is great

Seems to crash easily, and always having trouble when I need to redeem a reward (goes into offline mode for some reason) or pay.

Never got an activation email even after contacting support multiple times. Deleted the app.

Do not use this app! Wawa charges $1 for every reload transaction despite NO WARNING in app. Only found out from my debit transaction history!

I just upgraded my phone to the newest iPhone 6s and the Wawa app is the only one Im having problems with now. It keeps telling my password is wrong, I reset the password, and its still not logging me in. I have rewards that are expiring that I would like to actually be able to use. Please update!

I forget my password to my account so every time i go to forget my password i put in my email and it says it is unable to process my request. This happens all the time. I have not been able to open my account for months

This app needs a lot of work the features never work fully and it never accepts my password. The concept for Wales is much needed but they need to work on execution. Also, not too many rewards with this app.

I was able to sign into the app once. It hasnt worked since the first time! I have successfully logged in through an Internet browser and all my login and password has not changed. I still cant use the app.

It made me create new password and I did and it still wont accept to let me in to my account.

This app is a great idea but pour on execution. The biggest thing they could do to improve is add a passbook. I feel like more often then not the app logs me out just as Im about to pay. It also takes too long to open the app to then get to the screen to pay. I go to Wawa almost daily. Please make the app better for those that want to get in and out.

I had about $80 downloaded to my gift cards on this app and it was stolen and I was told there is nothing you guys can do. Horrible app you cant trust it.

Im not sure why this app has such a low rating. I was skeptical of it being practical at first, but now I use it every time I go. Ive found it actually speeds up my checkout because I dont have to swipe my card or wait for change. Plus the ability to see all my receipts in detail on the app is nice.

Let me start by saying I love wawa and have been a loyal customer since they came to Orlando. The wawa app seems useless to me. The rewards are mediocre at best. I dont see the incentive to use the loyalty program as the rewards after spending $50 are always terribly disappointing. After spending that much and using your app, I expect a free item, not just a small discount on a hoagie. I find the rest of the app useless. Come on wawa. You can do better than this!

I liked it better when you used Google Maps. Also, get rid of that first screen where it prompts people to register!

I hate apple maps !! Who uses Apple maps maybe once in two years.!! Go back to google. Apple maps are still not up to the challenge !!

Offer rewards that I will actually use. I dont drink coffee and I know I dont eat salads. Id like Free half gallon Wawa Iced tea would be great. Also allow option to send complaints and suggestions to each location. I love it. I use it everyday to by food and iced tea. I use the reload gift card fetcher.

I usually dont write reviews, but I watched this app going up and down so many times , but this time its a great update , the app is much faster with less annoying pop ups and .... Finally Apple maps just awesome.

I absolutely love Wawa, and yet I absolutely hate this app. Why not allow users to add their own payment method - credit card, debit card, etc - instead of forcing them to go through gift cards? Also, the in-store scanning technology is lax at best. There are better options that dont require max brightness, etc.
