I can't even sign in... always says it's an error. I downloaded again, changed emails and still the same thing. I would like rewards since i spend money in wawa 5 out of 7 days a week.

Do not download this app it will waste your space on your phone and it is useless and worthless the worst app ever!

The Wawa app is absolutely HORRIBLE! Every time I try to do ANYTHING the server is either down or there is some other problem with it! It's a good app but there's ALWAYS a problem! Get it together guys! You're going to lose a lot of people this way!

Very clunky, lots of error messages when you try to do just about anything. Cool idea, terrible engineering.

Overall the app functions. You can pay with your phone, reload your card, receive rewards, and more. My only nitpick about it is that the app isnt yet optimized for Iphone 6 plus. Its been out for a little over a year and it looks funky on the iphone 6 plus

Love the app, use it all of the time and appreciate all of the improvements and updates that have been made (Ive been using it since it first came out). That being said I have one relatively minor complaint. Will you please...PLEASE remove the flying shadowy Wawa bird from the home screen. Every time I see it I feel like Im looking at animated .gifs on an elementary school teachers webpage circa 1998. Seriously its tacky, distracting and visually clutters and otherwise clean user experience. Thanks.

The app is ok. Its nice when I get rewards, if I notice its even there. I have in my settings to get notified when a reward comes through but it never happens. So when I do open the app out of curiosity and see theres a reward, its usually expired by that time. I had one on 5/11, its already expired (its 5/19). Otherwise the nutrition info is very helpful and works well.

For no reward. want to preorder from the deli. Nope.

No apple pay, no touch to sign in, and no preorder option. Onboarding is lengthy

Its nice to load money and use it at the store. Other than that worthless. Not one single "reward" has been available to me. Theyre always expired. Even the ones I earn for spending money there. Royal Farms app actually gets you free stuff.

Im just wondering why if I can hook up a gift card; why wouldnt I maybe be able to link my Wawa credit card to the app?

I guess Im getting spoiled, but I dont see why this app doesnt, at least, let us use touch ID instead of requiring us to enter our password everytime we reload our cards. And apple pay would be a real nice way to load our cards.

I was very excited to get this app and earn some rewards, but I learned quickly that the rewards expire almost immediately, I think after just one week. What good is this if users cant use the rewards after a weeks time? That is horribly thought out.

Was hoping for better but this app is worthless. The sign up took too long. I cant see how it supports credit cards or Apple Pay. Only Wawa gift card? Also, there should be fingerprint sign in, and I should be able to order from this app. Honestly I dont see what this is good for.

No offense, but why would I want to jump thru hoops just to load a WaWa card on an app for "convenience"...when supporting Apple Pay would simplify everything? Dont get it. Apple Pay protects the consumer, and limits your liability/risks as a business in this age of constant digital theft. Your biggest competitor in my area, Sheetz, hasnt gone to it yet. But if they did, I would use them all the time. Hopefully you guys go to it first.

I cant access the app. The bird just flaps its wings. Maybe the app doesnt work with my iPhone but come on. It worked on my old iPhone but the bird would flap its wings for so long that I just gave up and used cash. I know the advantage of the app but could you please get it to work on all the platforms. I have money on that card.

I love the functionality of this app and the extra rewards are great. What isnt great is rewarding someone with a coupon after making them spend $50. Sometimes the rewards are good although usually its when pushing or introducing a new product. Most of the time they are truly terrible.

I love Wawa but this rewards program makes no sense. You have to buy a giftcard to use the rewards program. Pretty much to start using this app you have to spend $25 and provide a ton of information.

The Wawa app makes my mornings so much easier! In and out and no fumbling for money.
